However, I'd like to draw your attention to the packaging: some of the products we receive are crushed or misshapen. We now have a code that gives us a 3% discount and a mystery product: this is very much appreciated, as we are very loyal to the site and its products... but we didn't receive a mystery product in our last parcel, or was it the tea bag attached to the website's promotional flyer 🙂
