First of all, I'd like to thank you for the speed with which you put together the various items in my order, for the speed with which you packed them all so carefully, and for the speed with which you dispatched my parcel. Thank you. However, I would also like to point out a small error ... namely that I had ordered "Unsweetened Cocoa Powder", but I received "Sweetened Cocoa Powder" - in which, by the way, cane sugar is a priority ... I am not going to send you back the four jars in question... I'm not asking for any compensation... On the other hand, it would be wise not to have another blunder of this type in the future; if that were the case, I would, alas, be obliged to change store - which I don't wish to do a priori. I'm sure, therefore, that this was an exceptional mistake.
