Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback,
We have indeed shipped your package to the requested pickup point, namely: The LOCKER 24/7 CARREFOUR CONTACT of DOUR***
It seems that the carrier Mondial Relay has indeed delivered the package to a different pickup point, either by mistake or due to a malfunction with the initially chosen locker.
I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience that we could not have foreseen and that was done without our consent,
We remain at your disposal if needed,
Best regards

Perfectly packaged products. I tested the sunscreen "like before" which does not stick, does not leave a greasy film. I have not yet tested the mosquito spray
