Good grip of the bottle, I would have liked the cap to be more ergonomic, the fact that it has a cap makes it too particular, but I really like the idea that you can drink tap water that has no chemical taste in complete tranquility.

First order at Nouvojour, for Cristel pans and accessories for Christmas. The site is very well done, easy to search for what you need at a very good price. Order placed at 9:27, at 9:57 a call from customer service about a stock issue that was quickly resolved, clear exchange. Order sent and received quickly. Totally satisfied, I recommend with my eyes closed. Thank you and keep it up.

I bought a Himalayan lamp that I received well protected by plastic but the cardboard packaging was damaged. It was for a Christmas gift, so I was a bit embarrassed for the presentation.

Response from nouvojour.fr
Hello, Thank you for your review and feedback. First of all, I sincerely apologize if the cardboard of the lamp was received damaged. I understand that this can be disappointing, especially for a gift. We are doing our best internally to protect the products we ship and avoid any risk of breakage. To avoid this type of inconvenience in the future, we will consider developing sturdier packaging to replace the manufacturer's original packaging. I remain at your disposal for any further information, and hope that the lamp itself will satisfy its new owner :) Have a very nice day and all our best wishes, Sincerely, The Nouvojour Customer Service
