Hello, I have tested several Nuviline products: PURE MARINE COLLAGEN - UNIVERSAL - PREMIUM, MARINE COLLAGEN - SPORT TENDONS, MUSCLES & CARTILAGES and at the moment, I am taking MARINE COLLAGEN MELATONINE. I can feel the difference between all these collagens. The first one does me a lot of good for my joints, the second one with vit c + magnesium gives me more energy, I feel much less tired. The 3rd one, I have just started it and I don't have enough time to see its effect in the long term. I have been taking it for only 3 days but I feel that my sleep is lighter, more restful. I must tell you that I am a 58 year old woman and therefore menopausal. And at this age, often for women, sleep is not light! I am testing all these collagens because I want to know which one is the best for me.
