I have been taking nuviline articulations + reinforced formula for two months now, for hand pains, linked to repetitive movements, I have a little less pain... I have just bought my second box, I hope that the improvement will be confirmed. As for the collagen for the skin, I didn't really see any difference, as for the melatonin collagen, I don't know either if it does me any good, I didn't take it again, I'll see if I miss it... ?
