Noticeable improvement in nails and hair

I felt the first improvements after a month and a half of treatment. It is indicated to make bulging disettes, whereas by making them flattened I was only able to do the treatment for 29 days with one box.

Hello, I'm not sure if it's due to the collagen intake but after a finished box I notice that I have less pain but my doctor is cautious about this collagen intake so I'm still on the fence about collagen for the skin, which unfortunately has little effect.
