I don't feel any benefit since 3 months of use at a rate of 20g per day... but the product is good, dissolves well and easy to drink. Hopefully it will not be useless 😉 Regarding the administrative and logistical part RAS, fast delivery, no bad surprises. I recommend.

I had been taking collagen from other brands for a number of years. Now I only use collagens that are of excellent quality. The only negative point is the high price. Maybe there is something to be done about this
