I've been taking the collagen powder for a month now and I've noticed a small improvement: frown lines are less visible, as well as the fine lines around the lips. Also, the cheeks seem to be slightly plumped up. Not a spectacular change at my age (60), but it's something and it's encouraging. I'll continue. The product is pleasant since it is tasteless and easy to mix in a compote or vegetable dessert, but cold, otherwise it is difficult to mix it in hot soup for example.
