I haven't finished the first box. It's hard to evaluate the results. I also take spirulina at the same time. I'm waiting to finish the second box to really have an idea of the effectiveness. All in all, I dare to believe that it does my skin good...

With the orders I have placed I am not disappointed with the delivery and the product.

Cereal bars are convenient for travel and are definitely filling. Nougat, coffee, figs and vanilla are the best. Red fruits remind us of malabars, not so good. Not very sweet so not sickening. The crackers are not great and as caloric as a real slice of wholemeal bread, so disappointing. I only use the pure milk serum elixir with skimmed milk and cold decaffeinated coffee, which puts the cup at around 100kcal and does not warm up in winter without filling you up. I don't understand why the boxes are so big either, since the 300g sold only fill half of them.

It is an extraordinary product: I had quite a few joint pains which have disappeared and on all levels I feel better. My husband even found that my skin looked younger! I've been taking it for 3 months and I'm continuing. My husband has taken it along the way and has much less back pain. I recommend this fabulous product.

I am happy with the moisturizing effects on the skin, but I find the product difficult to take. The taste is not neutral at all and you really have to take the time to dissolve it and hide its taste with a stronger tasting liquid.
