Most unexpected and disappointing experience. The package was clearly not sealed and the bottle has disappeared. I retrieved the box with a piece of tape to keep it closed but only the samples were present. The adhesive tape used to seal the packaging is defective, there is no glue mark on the side facing the tape and the box is intact. Overall it was a great experience. The package was beautiful and wasn't damaged. The delivery was really fast. One critic point: Sometimes the language settings do change from English to French and don't change back. For non French-speaker it is quite difficult to change it back. I purchased a 'duo packet' (perfume + liquid soap). When opening my package I found that there had been a mistake: perfume and soap were not matching. I contacted the client service, and they responded very quickly, quickly sent me the missing perfume, and helped me return the perfume I received. My review only concerns the fragrance "Une pistache", which I didn't like at all, despite the trend. Olfactory-wise, I find it much closer to almond than to the idea of a pistachio dessert, which I think detracts from its deliciousness. The sillage is not powerful, as I don't find any hold or cling to it. Otherwise, the delivery service was perfect, and thank you for that!
