Overall it was a great experience. The package was beautiful and wasn't damaged. The delivery was really fast. One critic point: Sometimes the language settings do change from English to French and don't change back. For non French-speaker it is quite difficult to change it back. But in conclusion I am very happy with the homepage and my shopping experience :)

I purchased a 'duo packet' (perfume + liquid soap). When opening my package I found that there had been a mistake: perfume and soap were not matching. I contacted the client service, and they responded very quickly, quickly sent me the missing perfume, and helped me return the perfume I received. Overall a very good experience, and I received the correct perfume in time for the birthday present I planned.

It's a light fresh fragrance with a subtle sweetness, as with all light fresh fragrances it lasts shortly on my skin, yet I like it after showering for the freshness. 3 stars because the bottle cork head comes off easily with the cap.

The Une Ete is wonderful. It really reflects the smell of matcha. The video I watched on this scent described it as smelling like matcha latte, but I would say it’s more of the matcha powder itself. Although I was misled by the video, I actually do like this better than advertised. The only criticism is the lifespan. The scent seems to die down after an hour or so

I ordered a discovery box and received it in 48 hours, well done! I really fell for "Un Poivre" and "Une Verveine" and especially for the "High Standard" range, a revelation, as I love powerful, opulent, spicy fragrances with remarkable staying power. Very good too. Alas, I didn't receive the €33 gift voucher promised when I bought the discovery box. I kindly sent a reminder via the contact form but received no reply. That's why I'm taking off one star, because frankly it's not right.
