Hello Everything went well and I am satisfied with the book. The problem was the service from DPD during the delivery. I had the same problem with DPD during their last 3 services, namely that I receive a text message indicating that the driver had passed and that I was not there, which was false. I contacted DPD for the last issue at the end of last week for a delivery from the Darty site. I had received the same SMS while the package had not yet left Carentan. I am alerting you because there is no movement from DPD at home. To keep it simple because one needs the package, we request a delivery to a relay point and DPD saves a longer and more expensive trip. I alerted Darty and another supplier about DPD's practices Best regards
