Easy order, fast delivery, quality products

I have already placed several orders with ORINKO. I appreciate the transparency, responsiveness, and kindness of the team who willingly answers our questions. The quality-price ratio is quite interesting. Never disappointed with my purchases.

Simple and clear

The filtered fountain ordered in pre-order arrived as expected and the package was well done.

The filtration system itself seems good, the water tastes good and the filtration is done at a much faster rate than I thought I understood. However, there are two things I regret: At the end of the assembly, we noticed a small bump in the bottom tank even though we did not drop either the package or the tank, but we cannot prove that it was there before because we did not pay attention. Secondly, the filters do not sit straight in the top tank, they are wobbly; we thought we had tightened them properly so we assume it must be like that originally, but we find that it does not look very sophisticated. For us, these filters should stand straight. So a bit disappointed, which explains the rating.

Express delivery and product easy to assemble. So far no complaints to make. Thank you.

Quick reception and joyful and practical carafe

This is not the first purchase made on Orinko. This time I only give 4 stars because of a delivery delay that forced me to change my schedule and secondly a problem with the assembly plan requires a revision. The lid handle is delivered with two washers, one in stainless steel and the second in silicone. Impossible to know the assembly direction, and total incompatibility regardless of the attempts? Otherwise, great product. I am serious.

I have been using the products for several years, they are good, the only downside is the protective packaging of the parcel, fragile.

Very happy with my purchase, I investigated the company ORINKO and you have no links with genocides in countries that do not respect international law, thank you for being transparent and ethical.
