Very satisfied with the price, which isn’t elitist like some brands, and with the quality of the product received. Fast delivery; I really recommend this seller.

The gravity filter meets my needs perfectly. Delivered quickly. Assembly is simple, but instructions for the very first use are missing (washing a metal object straight from the factory). For now, this filter is perfect for my needs.

Not much time to assess it yet. The filter was easy to install. We’ve been enjoying healthier water for a week now. Time will tell.

Very happy with my purchase! It took a little thought during installation; the manual isn't very clear about the external seals... but after about an hour, everything was in place. It looks great and filters! A great investment in better health!

As a returning customer, I made this new purchase with complete confidence. The water-level gauge is very handy for keeping track of the water level. Time will tell, but so far I’m satisfied with the product, the customer service team who took the time to answer my questions, and the delivery. A very positive experience so far.

First week of use. I bought the two carafes for €55 each. I think the taste and quality of the water have improved, but you shouldn't expect extraordinary results. You feel that there is less plastic in the water than in bottled water. Remember to boil the charcoal and beads once a week, and above all, wait the full 8 hours to get the best water quality.

Very good product with an excellent quality/price ratio including independent analysis results and a % for reforestation. The presentation of the products is clear and verifiable. Perfect. However, the order tracking process needs more clarity and the delivery is really too long. Thank you for your products. Keep it up. With a few improvements, you will be at the top.

The filter works very well. During assembly, I found that in the instructions the drawings of the parts (the filters in particular) were small and not very clear. I needed to look for a video to be sure of the correct assembly.
