I was disappointed and surprised by the product. The 3 charcoal sticks are so light that they do not submerge in water. I had never had wood so light and fine. The water keeps its taste, it is attenuated but one always feels it. I followed the recommendations. Disappointed because the price and the fdp are important.

No worries, nothing to say

Order delivered quickly and in conformity. The binchotan (set of 3) delivered is in accordance with the description made on the site: it is heavy, does not float, and has a metallic sound when hit. We can therefore consider that it is a real Binchotan without having the certainty (no authentication)

I am satisfied with the product but I had 2 pink ceramic beads broken when I opened my bag, probably in transport?

The rubber seal of the stainless steel filter prevents water from flowing out and only allows a small amount of water to pass through!

Does not respond to claims

The order was delivered quickly and the product was as expected. But the question asked before the order and which was to be answered within 24 to 48 hours maximum never arrived. Too bad!

Unclear sending data and subject to qui-proquo: No notification of sending by sent by ORINKO, but receipt of an e-mail message sent by ESLAB whose e-mail address and company name displayed is DOCK AVENUE. This seems strange and makes one suspicious! Since neither "ESLAB" nor "DOCK AVENUE" refer to ORINKO in this e-mail, the message seems to be a fraudulent e-mail. We therefore avoid clicking on the link sending to the tracking of the package. There are so many risks (phishing; ransomware; identity theft...) Please note that the supplier is not ORINKO, but ESLAB and that the shipment is done by DOCK AVENUE who chooses the carrier. In other words, ORINKO should at least display the names of ESLAB and DOCK AVENUE on its site or "clearly" mention them at the time of the order. For the rest, nice site.

As for the maintenance of the binchotan and ceramic beads, there are different opinions: cleaning from 1 month to 3 months according to the sources. Who to trust? Maybe depending on their use... BURBAN F.

Package received on time. Goods conform to the order. I took a French coal and 15 grey pearls. The water is very hard at home and 15 pearls are not enough for 1.5 liter.

I have been using activated carbons for 2 weeks now, the taste of the water is a little better but it is difficult for me to judge its efficiency on pesticides, drugs and other undesirable molecules... Only an analysis before and after using the charcoal could reassure me! My only consolation is not to use plastic bottles anymore.

For an order identical to the previous one, I received binchotan sticks 2 times smaller. So very disappointed, especially for a rather high price

Upon receipt of my package, I was surprised by the size of the coals. A mistake on my part, possible. I think that the dimensions of the elements should be more explicit to avoid this kind of surprise. I have a two liter decanter and I have to put 2 pieces in it for 8 hours of treatment. Otherwise, the taste and purity of the water are perfect.

Hello, I give the rating of 3 simply because it is difficult to access the essential information about the coals. I suggest you write a summary such as Product Name, Number in Container, size of coals and especially the number of liters filterable per coal, under the product picture. I tear my hair out every time to know how many coals and of what size, how many boxes, I have to buy for my 8 liter bottles. I spend at least an hour re-reading everything each time. That said, it's always you guys that I come back to. Because you are the best! Thank you so much. Eve.
