I ordered Binchotan and ceramic beads. This is new for me as I have never used them before. The package arrived quickly, the products are of good quality and certified. Their first use convinced me even if I don't have much experience yet. I was looking for this ecological and natural side to abandon the plastic water filter cartridges for carafes. I had the opportunity to ask a question to the Orinko team, by email, and their (quick) answer showed their availability, their sincerity as well as the benevolence they show to the customer. I totally recommend this site.
