I have been using it for several days now. The stick is very effective for cleaning teeth, after brushing you can feel the smooth effect when you pass your tongue over your teeth. The water in my neighborhood is very hard, so I bought these beads to filter the tap water and stop buying water packs. I am very happy with the result, the water has a more neutral taste, without any aftertaste. I chose the grey ceramic beads because they are much more economical as you don't need many (about ten per liter) and their life span is very long (10 years) so it's quiet for a while. I put some in my water carafe and in the kettle. I also bought Binchotan Activated Carbon beads to filter my water of micropollutants in addition to limestone and the change is quite radical.
