The package contains only 4 out of the 5 ordered and indicated on the package

I still haven't received my order from August 8th and today is the 21st. I have no non-premium phone number from you to discuss this, I will have to cancel my order to do it legally, I only have 14 days. I am desperate about this item that I was looking forward to so much.

The binchotan charcoal seems to do the job, however, it is quite cumbersome to use. Drying the charcoal between uses and filtration duration of 4 to 8 hours. For me, it's 8 hours for optimal filtration and that is very cumbersome.

Material delivered in perfect condition, on time. Explanations for assembly a bit "simplistic"

Simple and clear

The filtration system itself seems good, the water tastes good and the filtration is done at a much faster rate than I thought I understood. However, there are two things I regret: At the end of the assembly, we noticed a small bump in the bottom tank even though we did not drop either the package or the tank, but we cannot prove that it was there before because we did not pay attention. Secondly, the filters do not sit straight in the top tank, they are wobbly; we thought we had tightened them properly so we assume it must be like that originally, but we find that it does not look very sophisticated. For us, these filters should stand straight. So a bit disappointed, which explains the rating.

This is not the first purchase made on Orinko. This time I only give 4 stars because of a delivery delay that forced me to change my schedule and secondly a problem with the assembly plan requires a revision. The lid handle is delivered with two washers, one in stainless steel and the second in silicone. Impossible to know the assembly direction, and total incompatibility regardless of the attempts? Otherwise, great product. I am serious.

Unfortunately, quality is sacrificed for profitability. I bought bamboo charcoal for €44 thinking it would last for 6 months of filtration, and after 2 weeks, all the charcoals are broken into small unusable pieces. I am forced to place a new order. But this time, I will be more vigilant and look for real compact charcoals and not hollow sticks.

The nauseating smell is way too strong for my taste, but while testing I feel that my teeth are smooth, I think it works well, but for me it's way too strong.

How to know if we have a copy or a real binchotan.

I'm disappointed by the bamboo charcoal, which is much less effective than the oak binchotan I used to take from you.

The products are of the expected quality. The only downside: each siwak stick comes in vacuum-packed plastic, which is not environmentally friendly.

Very good products, only downside, the package arrived a little damaged with a broken binchotan and a ceramic bead.

The first parcel arrived very damaged, the 4 coals were broken, after complaint I received 3 other coals. The person who answered me was very efficient and friendly.

Filters water too quickly, cartridge probably incorrectly fitted ...

You'd think that the tank carbon filters sold in sets of 2 were made in France if you look at the illustration of the tank filter set on sale, since the French flag is featured prominently. The tank must be French but the filters are Chinese! I don't know if they're controlled on how they're made? I hope so. I find it confusing. Hence my 4 stars and not 5.

The water purified by the ceramic beads and binchotan is very pleasant to drink. After 3 days, the binchotan has broken in two. This does not alter the taste.

I'm quite satisfied with my cartridges, although I haven't had enough experience yet. I'm surprised by the speed of filtration. I had Doulton cartridges before and filtration was drip-feed. The ORINKO instructions state that filtration takes 4 hours...My filtration took barely 2 hours. I hope that the value for money, given the much longer life of these cartridges than the Doultons, is as reliable.

Expected results . The water treated with binchotan is drinkable with a correct taste. With the addition of ceramic pearls, we should achieve perfection.

Fine, but your instructions tell you not to leave the charcoal in the water, whereas the ones I ordered before didn't ask you to do that.

Product as expected . Fast delivery but the product was not delivered to the chosen relay .

1st parcel of coals arrived in crumbs. Second for exchange: the coals don't match the size of what I paid for.

Hello On further research, I realized that you make your own binchotan, so it has nothing to do with those from Japan. What's more, the manufacturing processes are done with chemicals, so they're not good for your health. I'm sorry to tell you all this. Moreover, if your products really came from Japan, there would be a yellow label on each packet. Best regards F.Dubois
