Unfortunately, quality is sacrificed for profitability. I bought bamboo charcoal for €44 thinking it would last for 6 months of filtration, and after 2 weeks, all the charcoals are broken into small unusable pieces. I am forced to place a new order. But this time, I will be more vigilant and look for real compact charcoals and not hollow sticks.

I already wrote a comment to clarify that I wasn't quite sure how to use the charcoal! No real instructions.... I made a few mistakes before understanding how to use my carafe and the charcoal and the ceramic beads! After several attempts, it's OK!
