So I confess: when I received the package, I thought we had received some kind of tools for DIY.... at the level of aesthetics of the product the note is quite low. Then I was very disappointed not to find a manual. You have to ask the seller for it... which I didn't have the time to do (it's getting tedious for an instruction manual). So I poured everything in the same carafe, it slips quite a bit when I want to serve us. After that, it's a long-lasting product, reusable and that allows to have less limestone in the water but you still have to know how to use it correctly.

Great! The package (packed in France) contains 4 pieces. The little notice behind the package explains very well how it works. Ideal for jug, gourd,...can't wait to see what it does over time! Moreover this company ( orinko) proposes respectful products and is eco responsible. it gives 1% to environmental NGOs

It replaces filters and other water softeners. Several months of use. Reusable once without the same duration. Afterwards you can use them crush them or not and use them in textile bag as air freshener. Suitable for the water tank of coffee machines, water bottles, gourds ...

3 or 4 balls in small pieces, clearly not because of the transport.... damage

I filter the water, really efficient products, the water has no chlorine taste?

Perfect product in an airtight box, each stick is wrapped in tissue paper. The explanations are on the cylindrical box, impossible to lose them. Very satisfied. The water is incredibly soft. Like at the source, it is a real pleasure. I recommend ++++++.

You are going to say to me that it is water and thus without taste, well not! It is free of the residues that still linger in the filter cartridges, it is light and even somewhat fresh, coffee and tea develop all their REAL flavors. Even with the charcoal I did not have this feeling of PURE water, yes that's the term PURE! In addition the water is enriched with trace elements for a better health, mine and that of my animals who love it too.And finally the small more it is the renewed purchase automatically that I chose, with a frequency of every two months, to be sure to always have some and thus to be able to make known with my entourage by offering them. I realize that the comment is long but I recommend these coals, I am conquered, and there is urgency that we take care of our Planet!

There is a real difference with the use of ceramic beads.removes limescale and reduces the taste of the tap!.Too bad that a very explicit notice is not provided with the product.
