After boiling the coals, the water was black and a week later I still have coal residue in the water in my carafe. This was not the case with other brands of coals.

The order for porcelain beads to purify tap water was just what I was looking for.

I like the orinko coals, but not the hollow ones because they break in the water carafe. It lasts 6 months, the water tastes good and is crystal clear.

The coals are not of good quality, a little disappointed compared to what I'm used to.

In fact, you order 5 and you receive 6. It's great! Otherwise I like very much this system of brushing of teeth; that takes more time (for me which does not brush me the teeth in 3 minutes but in 30 seconds) but it is very effective. There is a handholding to be done but at the reception of the order, an internet link is given to facilitate this handholding.

Perfect! Fast and reliable. I just don't understand why the decanter is graduated in such an unusual and backward way. Nowadays, liquids are measured in liters and its fractions, right?

Order delivered quickly and in conformity. The binchotan (set of 3) delivered is in accordance with the description made on the site: it is heavy, does not float, and has a metallic sound when hit. We can therefore consider that it is a real Binchotan without having the certainty (no authentication)

I am satisfied with the product but I had 2 pink ceramic beads broken when I opened my bag, probably in transport?

The order was delivered quickly and the product was as expected. But the question asked before the order and which was to be answered within 24 to 48 hours maximum never arrived. Too bad!

Unclear sending data and subject to qui-proquo: No notification of sending by sent by ORINKO, but receipt of an e-mail message sent by ESLAB whose e-mail address and company name displayed is DOCK AVENUE. This seems strange and makes one suspicious! Since neither "ESLAB" nor "DOCK AVENUE" refer to ORINKO in this e-mail, the message seems to be a fraudulent e-mail. We therefore avoid clicking on the link sending to the tracking of the package. There are so many risks (phishing; ransomware; identity theft...) Please note that the supplier is not ORINKO, but ESLAB and that the shipment is done by DOCK AVENUE who chooses the carrier. In other words, ORINKO should at least display the names of ESLAB and DOCK AVENUE on its site or "clearly" mention them at the time of the order. For the rest, nice site.

As for the maintenance of the binchotan and ceramic beads, there are different opinions: cleaning from 1 month to 3 months according to the sources. Who to trust? Maybe depending on their use... BURBAN F.

Very good. The carafe and its diffuser are of good quality. Very well packaged so well protected. The charcoal is dense, black and shiny. The water tastes good after the recommended time

Package received on time. Goods conform to the order. I took a French coal and 15 grey pearls. The water is very hard at home and 15 pearls are not enough for 1.5 liter.

Too bad there was a completely broken coal well wrapped in its paper in the box!

I have been using activated carbons for 2 weeks now, the taste of the water is a little better but it is difficult for me to judge its efficiency on pesticides, drugs and other undesirable molecules... Only an analysis before and after using the charcoal could reassure me! My only consolation is not to use plastic bottles anymore.
