Impeccable delivery, careful packaging. Assembly completed. Small downside: the explanation video is too fast, why not make a PDF outlining this crucial step with a diagram to avoid leaks. A little additional info, before buying I went on Amazon to check the reviews, it reassured me in my purchase. Finally, having followed the recommendations regarding rinsing the cartridges, I now have very clear water that I use daily.

Very serious site and what’s more, it contributes to the environment and is concerned about involving people with disabilities. That was enough for me as a nurse to go for it. Fast delivery, the support is included in the purchase (unlike some sites that charge extra for it) and there’s even the key and screwdriver for assembly. Honestly, nothing to complain about and my water is so much better. Even my plants say thank you ;)
