Disappointed with the quality, very thin and hollow coals that break easily and "crumble" despite having respected the instructions for use.I had bought a coal from another seller to test, it is much more resistant and effective!

Well received with correct packaging at first sight... only after opening a box and unpacking the sticks one of the three was unusable received in crumbs... so far from slightly broken or cracked... so unusable!

Only 4 days of use and a big part of the carbon broke. Moreover, there are a lot of particles that come off, and not small ones! Moreover, I find that they don't filter that well, the bad taste of the water is still there after 4 hours of filtration when it's supposed to be the optimal time (it dissipates by leaving it longer).It's not the first time that I use Binchotan, but it's the first time that I buy them and I'm not very satisfied. I will not repeat my purchase from this company even if the eco-responsible side had pleased and convinced me at the beginning.
