Good quality device, well thought out. Once I put too much water, pouring too much water, not seeing the level well (no gauge). Details to add to the manual: 2 caps needed, 1 extra and cartridges each containing its washers and butterfly screws for fixing.

I received the gravity filter quickly. It is easy to set up. I have been using it for a week and the water is really different. It seems clearer and has no smell. There is no more limescale deposit like before in the pot I use for tea, for example. I recommend this filter and this company which seems very ethical to me.

Hello, Satisfied with our purchase, we have been using the water fountain for 3 days. No unpleasant taste compared to our tap water, it's not even comparable.
