I am in a particularly calcareous region and the water does not have a really great taste.easy use: we boil each stick during about fifteen minutes and they are ready to be used. The best is to have 2 carafes (with each one their binchotan) when we have people.However, there remains a zone of shade: the harmlessness of the activated carbon was not shown. In 10 or 20 years, we will perhaps realize that it was not so good as that.Also, I wonder if it remains well the minerals in water. The price is not given even if theoretically each stick has a lifespan of 6 months. (We have therefore for 2 years and half normally).

You must already have purified your water from a bacteriological point of view (with different techniques, chemical or thermal or by gravity filters, unless the latter already contains activated carbon in its filter) Despite their size, each one can last several months.

"Then I realized that there were 6 of them instead of the advertised 5, great! I tasted it, I found it ...
