Hello, The carrier could not deliver to the relay point for an unknown reason, they did not inform us and returned the merchandise only a month later. Once you got back to us, we were able to resend it. In a few weeks, we will change carriers along with our website. This will further improve the delivery service. I apologize for the inconvenience.
