Upon receiving my order, one product was missing. Customer service did their best to convince me that there was a stock shortage. It's a shame that just before receiving the order, the same service wrote to me that there were still 43 units in stock. Today the product is still available on the site. In short, I feel like they don't want to incur the additional shipping costs since the product price is 3 euros and shipping is 12 euros. I find it dishonest on their part since I paid for shipping and notified them before receiving the package that I was particularly interested in this product. And then already sending a package without notifying a customer that a product is missing inside is not very serious. If I hadn't claimed my product, they would have kept the money. In short, a negative experience with customer service. Otherwise, the quality-price ratio remains interesting. However, after this experience, I am not sure I will order again

We are working on a solution to automatically inform our customers if their order is incomplete. For your information, missing products are listed on the delivery note that we automatically send you by email when preparing your order.
Regarding the transparent tab supports, we are unfortunately out of stock on this product, but due to a computer issue, the stock is not up to date on this product. We will remove it from the site while we find the cause of this bug.

Delivery for individuals is done through a network of relay points. The maximum weight accepted by the relay points is 18kg. Beyond this limit, relay points generally refuse packages.
