Not accommodating at all.

Racket with something moving inside the handle. 230€ it should be perfect.

Ordered NOX racket, received BABOLAT racket. They tell me they made a mistake and that the only solution was to reorder the item… Item reordered 5 days ago and still has not been shipped. Maybe they didn't have it, they tried to send something else!lswrieta 0

I did not receive my ordered racket. I received a Bullpadel instead.

Broken racket after an exact match

I did not receive the entirety of my order, I ordered 30 packs of balls and only received 17 while I paid for 30 packs of balls

The paddle arrived well, but it took 1 week when I put 24 hours. Paying extra for a shipping service that is not fulfilled is not acceptable.

Impossible to make returns, you have to ship back to France at your own expense and organize the shipment yourself. Basically, a return costs you 50 euros. Unfeasible

Je vous ai déjà contacté concernant une erreur d'adresse sur ma commande. Vous n'avez pas pu m'aider et vous m'avez simplement dit d'attendre que la livraison échoue. Or, la livraison a échoué à cause de cette erreur d'adresse. Vous avez donc déposé le colis dans un point relais. Je vous rappelle que je ne suis pas à Paris et que personne ne pourra venir le récupérer. Merci de me renvoyer le colis à l'adresse du vendeur « Padel Reference » afin que je puisse la corriger et vous le retourner. They advertised a 2024 racket and I received a 2023 racket

I clicked on Head coello pro pack 2026 and it arrived without a box.

The packaging was in very poor condition — the box was torn and crushed, and the racket had clearly been pressed by other boxes during transport. It didn’t have any visible damage, which is why I didn’t send it back to you. I will not shop with you again.

The courier leaves the package with 2 Coello Pro 2026 at the door, package stolen, 20 emails written and always the same response that the signature of the courier PianoPo would be the proof that I would have picked it up. They are bandits, thieves who don't even consider it appropriate to contact UPS. Be careful…

I specified the delivery to a parcel shop listed on the shop's website. However, the delivery could not be made there or at a replacement location, allegedly. Both notifications occurred simultaneously. Unfortunately, I only saw the bad reviews of Chronopost afterwards. Anyone who still works with such a service provider obviously has no interest in customers ever ordering from them again. I have rarely had worse experiences than with this order. Even one star is too much, unfortunately, there is no less! Never again!

Racket not arrived and customer service not responding to emails! If I do not receive clear information by today, I will open a complaint on PayPal.

Order did not arrive within 48 hours despite paying for express delivery. Goods were also not delivered to the address, but to a package shop.

They sent me the wrong rocket. For a week now, they've been texting me every day at 4pm saying they sent me a label to return it. Yeah, but there's no label. And I text them that there's no label, and the next day they text me again that they sent it to me.

If the size is not right, you have to pay for shipping costs yourself.

I paid for lighter racket, and my friend did the same thing last week with metalbone. He got a paper with average weight and his racket is ligther then median. In my case, you just measured my racket and it is 365g, and that is heavier than average, which you didnt even measure. I am not happy with this order, and I had great experience with you before, and told my friends about you.

Ordered an Adidas METALBONE hrd 2025 paddle. If I hadn't asked when it would be shipped, I wouldn't have known that it was no longer available and they wanted to provide an Adidas metalbone 2025 paddle and a free shirt. I wrote several times that I was not interested asking for a refund of the first installment.

I ordered the Adidas crazyquick boost and they sent me a different, much cheaper model. I asked to return the shoes and send me the correct model, but after almost 2 weeks of waiting, they do not respond. Terrible experience. Scandalous and poor customer service.

I purchased a racket from this store. The shipping was smooth and without any issues. Unfortunately, the racket cracked after the very first game, and I also noticed that its weight was unusually high—419 g, which is much more than expected. When I reported these problems, customer support informed me that they were waiting for a response from the manufacturer regarding the crack. However, for the weight issue, I was initially told it was impossible. After I provided video proof, I stopped receiving replies. I have not received any information about whether this matter is being investigated or if any process has been started. It has now been almost two months without any update or proposed solution. In my opinion, when a product is defective, the seller should resolve the issue directly with the customer and then follow up with the manufacturer afterward.
