Customer reviews of Padel Reference

Bad shipping very bad still waiting for my order. Its has already 10 days. Its the last time i m buying something from your company

the racket is defective

Empty parcel, waiting for news!...

The pressure of the balls is bad

Parcel not received yet

I did not receive my parcel

I didn't receive any parcel !!!

Order placed and paid for but the snowshoe was out of stock. I received two emails in a row telling me that the snowshoe was out of stock and then one telling me that my parcel had been dispatched... nothing to understand. I was reimbursed but I didn't get the gift in time for my partner's 30th birthday. Too bad...

The packaging was very weak. The parcel was damaged, which caused a delay. but in the end i received the same damaged parcel. parcels should be better packed. visually, everything went well with the racket, i hope there won't be any surprises in the future. the manager was in contact, thank you.

I didn't receive my order after more than 10 days, even though the website said I'd receive it in 2-3 days. I was therefore unable to play my tournament with my racket.

Not the racket I ordered

My racket has defects. Sincerely

I ordered a pro staff v2 racket and received a pro staff tour. I only noticed it after I had unpacked the racket and put the overgrip on. Lack of professionalism

Order never received And after 2 messages sent, no response.

Good price but no response from customer service on my request

Change delivery partner - Mondial Relais is very uncertain about delivery times.

Time-consuming delivery, especially within 10km of the chosen location

Describe your articles better, the Addidas strap is different from other snowshoes, and I find that you don't propose a solution when we notice it all because we have to remove the plastic to see it and the return becomes impossible.

Padel Thermo Bag (Babolat) As a new customer, this is the second time I've ordered from this online store. I ordered this bag on 3/10/2023, received it on 9/10/203. (Belgium) This Thermo bag is magnificent, of very good quality with several compartments. You can put 4 rackets with a few balls and drinks in the cooler. The positive point: the order tracking, the price, the quality of the product. Negative point: delivery time I also wanted to mention that my first order was the purchase of a new Babolat Technical Viper 2023 racket on 29/09/23. Unfortunately, this high-end racket has a manufacturing defect. At the moment, Padel Référence is making the necessary arrangements, awaiting a reply from them. I'll give you my final opinion once I've sorted out the problem, but I think everything will be back to normal in the next few days. That's why I put ?? ?? ?? for now. I have no doubt that this online store will only make new customers!

At 170 euros per racket. I expected better packaging and a protective cover for the racket. And not a single racket in 2 bubbles, wandering around in a box 3 times too big and unprotected.

Catastrophic! Customer service is deplorable, I haven't received my order, the site only responds half-heartedly, gets my first name wrong, offers no solution. To be avoided!

Order was cancelled due to unavailability of products, however refund was made promptly.

Speed in sending and receiving the order, free delivery but in the end the price was higher than on other sites for the same product reference. I will not buy from this site again.

Order well received but with half the items missing! 2 rackets ordered with 2 sets of balls and a teeshirt, I only received 1 rackette / 1 set of balls and a teeshirt No after sales service, after multiple reminders since the receipt of my package (standard call + msg without any reminder and email without response) Order number: ZHWJCPZFQ Contact: [email protected]
