During the delivery of my order, 10 candles were missing.the service was called,it was solved immediately,the gentleman was very kind and efficient.the next day I received the missing complement.out of the 15 candles 8 were broken.the package was well packed,I think it was the order picker's fault.disappointed ....

This is my third order from Palais du Rosaire. I appreciate the quality of the products and the care with which the parcel is dispatched. For this third order, there was a slight problem with one of the items, but the responsiveness and quality of the handling of this issue by customer service was irreproachable. it's the statue Notre Dame de Lourdes 88 cm, incredibly beautiful, it's outside but sheltered, as many times I pass in front of the Blessed Virgin Mary and I make my prayer.I would do anything to keep it in very good condition.

Hello, I'm completely satisfied with what I received, plus a little souvenir from Lourdes that really touched me. The only drawback was that the parcel, marked fragile, was open on one side, but fortunately nothing was missing and everything was intact. I wish the delivery company would be more careful.
