Mr Serpa, as I explained to you on the phone, your parcel sent by Colissimo is stuck on the Avignon logistics platform waiting for a plane to Corsica. At our level, we have initiated procedures with La Poste to speed up delivery, but unfortunately we have no control over their services. As soon as we have more information, I'll get back to you. I received my Lourdes globe surprisingly quickly, it was very well packaged and protected. And I was delighted that it was such beautiful quality! It was bought to replace one we had bought in Lourdes but has unfortunately broken. This was actually even more beautiful.Fantastic customer service too. I am very pleased
