Four stars because of a slight delay in shipping but overall delighted a reliable site beautiful serious this will not be my last order for sure .

The products are just what I expected, with the slight exception of a damaged novena, but overall I'm very satisfied, thanks for your little additions.

Finishing problemI've ordered a rosary in the past, which I'm completely satisfied with and which I use every day, but the two bracelets were a bit disappointing, as the buckle used to attach the cross didn't close properly, so I lost my little cross after the second day... The bracelet is still very nice, but I'm disappointed to have lost my little cross.

The rosary arrived broken and I have no answer to my complaint.

I'm interested in religion and you'll find everything that interests you. A small downside: the products are not blessed, which is a shame.

Received damaged inside...bubble packs all popped.. arrived to US like it went through a storm. Same thing happened at the last two shipments. Shipper fault and makers of the Lourdes mint packaging because the bags were all torn and mints all spilled out.

A company that does its job well and when it's needed. However, I had major problems receiving my order because the delivery company DPD was totally incompetent! If I have to go through them for my next order, I will unfortunately cancel my order. That said, thanks to Palais du Rosaire for its professionalism!

I paid an extra 17 euros for express delivery, i.e. the day after my order, but I received it 4 days later. and then one of the statues started to melt at the head due to the heat from an LED.

Hello the Palais du Rosaire is a respectable sign of quality ( but with some imperfections ) I recently made an order or this one was incomplete to my great despair .Statue Notre Dame de lourdes 40 cm ( delivered with Metal rosary ) I received the statue very beautiful but without the CHAPELET ??????After complaints, ALWAYS no return ???? fast delivery, very good packaging, a little disappointed by the color of the mission rosary (green or blue???). the one I bought on the spot suited me better, the colors were brighter.

It's a pity that there was a problem with the tracked mail, which forced the Palais du Rosaire, whom I thank by the way, to expressly send another parcel to a relay point.

I ordered candles to make novenas at home and they were all pink, it's not really embarrassing but I only receive white ones with the picture of the virgin.

The orders are neat and quickly delivered, the products are fine and well worked.

Bonjour j'ai commandé des bouteilles d'eau de lourdes et j'ai annulé le lendemain étant donné un ami m'en rapporter ils n'ont pas pris en compte l'annulation alors que la commande était en préparation et l'ont expédié quand même jai annule auprès du relais pickup et j'ai ouvert un litige paypal car ils refus de me rembourser la totalité de ma commande sur 47 euro ils me comptaient rembourser seulement 28 euro j'ai transformé mon litige en RÉCLAMATION et j'ai eu gain de cause hier paypal m'a remboursé la totalité de ma commande merciii??????paypal I don't order from the palais du rosaire anymore, they are the bearers of the lord's voice when it comes to money, it's another matter altogether. I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!
