Very Disappointed rosary at 40 it made me one day it cracked. I sent my return by email and also by message on the site by explaining the problem and thinking to have a gesture of their share but unfortunately I had no answer no around of their share I am extremely disappointed knowing that we are on some things of religious in which the orders that counts for them for their prayers and protection.

I recently bought a stacked crib which was on display at the shop window at the Palais du Rosaire in Lourdes for over a 100, together with various other items. When I unpacked the item to display it over Christmas, I realized that it was missing some components. A quick search on the internet confirmed my concerns. Nothing was mentioned at the time of purchase, the service was very cordial, and there was no reason for me to suspect any wrongdoing. My requests for a resolution have, thus far, led only to a response from Palais du Rosaire that my request was being looked into.

My auntie, aged 92, in an Ephad in Lisieux, wanted a statuette of the miraculous Virgin for Christmas. My little parcel arrived very quickly with a kind note and a small gift. Articles conform to the description on the other hand I had taken the delivery express has 9 to have the articles quickly is saying in 24h I had ordered 6 days in advance for a burial and I had the articles only 2 days after the burial and still I had to apeller the customer service so that they send the order!!!! Disappointed, very basic product description, lack of dimensions or additional photos. Very disappointed with the ball engraved 3d 4.5 cm I thought it was the engraving inside! I would have wanted 7.5 cm that I bought in 2014 in Lourdes for my friend who finds it very pretty.
