A rosary and arrived damaged an obvious manufacturing defect and not due to delivery!!!

Following an error in the size of my purchase, I contacted the day I received the 18k gold medal, offering to exchange it for a larger (and more expensive...) medal. I was told no. cdlt

Super boutique, very fast delivery and reception, quality product.the only downside was that my order included a souvenir box containing various products, including a small bottle that was supposed to contain eau de Lourde.unfortunately it was empty.I have sent an e-mail to complain, but to date there has been no reply.that's why I'm only giving 4 stars instead of 5.

Hello,We received our order on time and perfectly packaged. The product conforms to the description and we are very satisfied. A little anecdote, it was specified that a little something had been slipped into the parcel, we found no trace of it? We're obviously very satisfied with our purchase, and as these are Aven calendars, we'll know on December 24 whether everything was in order ??

The medal was a little too small, and the design of the Virgin Mary was not clearly visible.

Very disappointed. After waiting several days for the order because 1 product was in restocking, I receive the order without the product and without explanation in the coli! So I contacted customer service and explained that 1 product was missing from the order. Called back, I learned that the missing product had been communicated by e-mail. I'm told it's been refunded, but I'm offered the unavailable product in a smaller size, so I have to pay on the site for the product added by customer service ... but with shipping costs! I won't be recommending any products on this site, and don't recommend the site personally. This is no way to treat your customers ...

The size of the rosaries is not mentioned, 3 rosaries bought, 3 different sizes, 2 of which are impossible to wear because they are too small.customer service kindly replied but I am still disappointed with my order.

Overall happy with my purchasing experience at PalaisDuRosaire.com. I'm just a little disappointed with the finish of the statue (the eyes, Mary's smile) but the site, communication and delivery times are impeccable.

For logistical reasons, the parcel took a long time to leave. I was very satisfied with the reception and the parcel was delivered with a little extra as a thank you for my patience. The people I spoke to were attentive to our needs and very welcoming.

One item was not available. Payment should have been arranged when the order was made up. A "Credit Slip has been created" but I currently have no idea whether this means it will be refunded or is a credit note for my next purchase (probably next year). Also I ordered 2 small silver cross pendants but only one arrived. At 0.83 euros it is not worth the hassle of asking for a refund/credit note.

Una bottiglia è arrivata ammaccata, per averla pagata 12 per dell'acqua mi sembra un po' troppo....va bene che è acqua di Lourdes ma non approfittate troppo della fede della Madonna, non ditemi che la bottiglia costa cara costruirla con l'immagine sopra di Lourdes.....tra spedizione, costo dell'acqua, tasse, costa veramente tanto!!!! È sempre a scopo di lucro anche la fede purtroppo.....grazie comunque!---------Avevo messo due stelle e ora solo una....dalla grotta al vostro più vicino dei vostri 3 supermercati famosi dal 1920 a piedi si impiegano 14minuti e con il bus L5 11 minuti, lo so perché sono stato già lì, il vostro facchino per prelevare l'acqua sicuramente non porterà due bottiglie alla volta (una per mano) ma avrà un carrello a ruote e ne porterà circa 36 se non di più.Inoltre non hai risposto neanche per la bottiglia che è ammaccata .... ....la cosa più importante...Se è questione di marketing il vostro per come è ovvio, il poter imbottigliare e vendere a caro prezzo l'acqua pubblica di Lourdes, ragionevolmente, se ad un cliente al suo primo ordine gli arriva una bottiglia ammaccata/deformata, gli si offre almeno un altra bottiglia gratuitamente dall'aspetto nuovo per la cifra che ha pagato, almeno per la situazione di disagio.....La bottiglia l'ho ancora chiusa integra (sembra proprio difettosa e increspata la plastica dapprima di averla imbottigliata ma è brutta a vedersi). Quindi solo una delle tre bottiglie è rigata/graffiata, capisco che dovete avere fretta nel procedere negli ordini e non avete tutto il tempo di osservare il prodotto che spedite, ma per il prezzo che si paga, almeno rispettate la qualità di cosa vendete per il rispetto e la fidelizzazione del cliente che comprerà ancora.Non riesco ad inserire una foto qui purtroppo, non c'è il tasto per inserire l'immagine.Siccome dovevo regalarla ad una persona cara con un tumore, non volevo fare brutta figura in un regalo ammaccato.... l'acqua di Lourdes è più preziosa lo so ma la bottiglia con l'etichetta dell'immagine sacra se è ammaccata la bottiglia non fa una bella figura, sembra che sono stato sgarbato io a conservarla male....mi capisci?Grazie comunque e cercate di capire la che la pignoleria delle persone c'è anche quando si paga molto e quindi si è pignoli per avere le cose perfette.Grazie mille.

The packaging is perfect...the only drawback is Mondial Relay...we had to wait 10 days...the parcel was 50 km from where we liveI was told that your relay point was closed...which was not trueBy insisting heavily, it ended up reaching us at the relay point we requested.

Hello, I received my order, but the size of the bracelets is smaller than I wanted, I did not notice the dimensions, too bad.

Satisfied overall, but despite all the care taken with the packaging, one of my little Angels had lost his left wing at the bottom of the box! ?? And the other little Angel had a small hole in his left eye (some plaster was missing). Fortunately, I managed to patch them both up with a little strong glue and acrylic sealant, and now they're as good as new. Jesus and Mother Mary were in perfect condition, thank God ????
