i have been a client for years. recently they chnaged staff, managment i dont inow what....I was in Italy trying to order holy water, and I kept trying for days,, but nobody would ever answer me....when they finally did reply ( a mont later) i was obviously back where i live which is the UAE. I just spent 55 euros (it's a HuGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, more than what I spent for the water itself)... whereas I could have spent close to nothing if I had purchased when in Italy. Whatever changes have been made i cant say im impressed with them or that they have been for the best. I asked for a discount since it was their fault ...of course nothing.....do good to your own brothers and sisters right? ts a shame that even sacred spaes have been commercilised to the point where youve got to spend 100 euros for holy water....if only there were eral churces here id simply go and get it hhere...not so lucky...

SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT BUT TERRIBLE SHIPPING SERVICE THE COURIER DELAYED DELIVERY FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND THE PACKAGE ARRIVED ALL BROKEN INADEQUATE PACKAGING FORTUNATELY THE CONTENT WAS INTACT I HAD RESERVED THE RIGHT TO CONTEST AND RETURN THE PACKAGE. All our Lourdes water bottles are filled by hand, directly at the time of orders. We go to fetch the water every day or every two days directly from the source of the Sanctuary of Lourdes, in order to guarantee its freshness and authenticity.
Regarding the label, we are sorry if it seemed aged to you. It can happen that transport or storage slightly alters its appearance, but this has no relation to the quality or freshness of the water contained in the bottle.

I got a damaged box which was wet. Four Virgin Mary bottles were less than half filled with water. One was completely empty. I ordered 20 small bottles of water. I only got 19. I didn’t get a certificate of authenticity of the water. I emailed the service department of Palais du Rosaire on Saturday, 7/12. I still haven’t received a response. I sent pictures of the damaged box and the half-empty bottles. I hope they replace the missing water and small bottle. I’m an unhappy customer.
