My parcel was wrapped in thousands of plastic petals...shocking and sad...Unfortunately, we have learned nothing from our mistakes...a real shame...especially for our planet...

Hello Mrs Fauquier, the petals you received in your parcel are made of corn starch and are recyclable. To ensure that you receive your items in good condition, we have no choice but to fill our parcels with petals or air cushions.
