I admit I was worried knowing what I ordered and the journey to be made. But upon receipt, I was immediately reassured by the "fragile" stickers, the packaging was perfect, I also thank you for the little gifts. On the side, a magnet of Bernadette in front of the holy mother and a prayer card of St. Anne. I am totally satisfied as always. Thank you and may God keep you.

The label on the bottle looks old. The bottle is made of plastic. So we don't know how long the water has been bottled.

Hello,

All our Lourdes water bottles are filled by hand, directly at the time of orders. We go to fetch the water every day or every two days directly from the source of the Sanctuary of Lourdes, in order to guarantee its freshness and authenticity.

Regarding the label, we are sorry if it seemed aged to you. It can happen that transport or storage slightly alters its appearance, but this has no relation to the quality or freshness of the water contained in the bottle.

Very beautiful. I had it in small and lost it during a move. I never took it off even for the shower and it never changed color or shine. So without hesitation, I got it again. I would have liked to have it in 1 cm like before but unfortunately I didn't find it on the site. It was more discreet (I wore it for aesthetic reasons and not religious ones). I still recommend this one which is just as beautiful.
