The delivery times mentioned (48 to 72 hours) were not respected despite a dispatch notice on the same day (parcel received 8 days after the order). I was therefore unable to have the rosary blessed or to place it in my wife's coffin.

Hello Romain, we're sorry your rosary didn't arrive. The 48-72H delivery time mentioned is only for Colissimo. You had selected Mondial Relay, which has a delivery time of more than 6 days (it is notified on our site when you select the delivery method).

I ordered a chain and a pendant for a gift. The pendant is very pretty and of good quality. I thought the same was true of the chain, but it broke after a day's wear, so I'm stuck with it.
