Regarding the engraving, the requested text ("Ô Marie Corédemptrice PPN") is indeed quite long. Our provider can only perform limited engravings, generally up to two words maximum, in order to ensure a readable and quality result. Following this type of feedback, we have updated our product sheets to clearly specify this constraint.
Regarding the material, we confirm that it is indeed 925 silver. The hallmark is present on the back of the medal.

We had to repair one of the led lamps that was not working (soldering issue with the electronic contacts) instead of sending it back to you. The reliability of the manufacturing is lacking for this item.

i have been a client for years. recently they chnaged staff, managment i dont inow what....I was in Italy trying to order holy water, and I kept trying for days,, but nobody would ever answer me....when they finally did reply ( a mont later) i was obviously back where i live which is the UAE. I just spent 55 euros (it's a HuGE AMOUNT OF MONEY, more than what I spent for the water itself)... whereas I could have spent close to nothing if I had purchased when in Italy. Whatever changes have been made i cant say im impressed with them or that they have been for the best. I asked for a discount since it was their fault ...of course nothing.....do good to your own brothers and sisters right? ts a shame that even sacred spaes have been commercilised to the point where youve got to spend 100 euros for holy water....if only there were eral churces here id simply go and get it hhere...not so lucky...
