Hello Aurélie. I see from my computer tracking that your package was delivered on December 29. If your candle arrived broken, we can replace it without any problem. We protect our articles as much as possible in the parcels for transport but sometimes the parcels are so badly treated that our protections are not enough. Please contact us on 05 62 94 66 17.

Gli astucci con la mini Natività sono molto carini e hanno suscitato piacevole sorpresa in chi li ha ricevuti. Esperienza positiva con Palais du Rosaire, con l'unico neo della spedizione un po' lenta, che mi ha fatto temere di non ricevere la merce prima di Natale (ordine 9 dicembre, consegna 23 dicembre).

Ho ordinato diverse confezioni di pastiglie all'acqua benedetta di Lourdes. Il pacco è arrivato in ottime condizioni e l'imballaggio ha protetto le pastiglie, che sono rimaste integre. Ho gradito molto che nella confezione abbiano incluso anche due immagini religiose e una medaglietta, il tutto corredato da un biglietto di ringraziamento scritto a mano.Non do cinque stelle solo perché ci sono dovuti più giorni di quelli dichiarati per la consegna.

The parcel arrived on time. The extra touches with the order are very much appreciated, as is the personalized note. Nevertheless, it's hard to get a real idea of the actual size of the medallion. It seems small to me. Perhaps a full-size picture would be in order to avoid disappointment. Otherwise, everything else is perfect.
