Fast delivery. The novena candles are very pretty but they arrived all greasy... I don't know if they were stored in a warm place during the journey but it's still a problem in March. I wouldn't dare order them in the hot months...

I made the pilgrimage to Lourdes during the February holidays. I was missing a virgin in my purchases. When I ordered from the Palais du Rosaire website, I thought the Virgin would be as big as what I had seen in person when I received my order and paid almost €13, it's a scam, a tiny virgin with water inside and I don't even know if it's water from the Lourdes grotto. Honestly, I advise anyone not to buy anything from this Palais du Rosaire site because they are really scammers. 😡😡😡😡

The items I received are great, but I am missing several items including the 100mL bottles of water. I messaged customer service as soon as I opened the packaged and realized items were missing, but I have not heard back. I received the certificate of authenticity, but not the product it authenticates.

The 20 novenas were placed in an inner carton, which in turn was placed in a shipping carton. Both boxes were torn and one novena was broken during shipping. Stronger cartons are needed. Otherwise, the 19 intact novenas are in order.
