I ordered a mini Saint Mark's Bible. Delivery was quick but I received it dented and damaged on the sides. Even though it only cost me €6.90, I'm still disappointed and disgusted. Very good on the act of purchase and delivery but making a product search is not at all practical on smartphone. The ergonomics need to be improved! I took a product but I found another which would have been better suited on PC a week later if the search had been well done and well proposed on my smartphone it's a shame!!!!!

Ordered two "special" tourist tickets. As the numbers requested were free on the excel file, I took 180 and 181. I received "lambda" tickets, whereas the file indicated the availability of the tickets. I called you and it was decided to refund me the difference between special and normal tickets. I'm waiting for the decision to be confirmed.
