What a shame to read this review when you haven't even contacted customer service or the carrier to find out where your parcel is. You should know that, as indicated in the tracking link sent to you, your parcel could not be delivered to the relay point you selected because it is marked as temporarily closed. A very harsh notice which is totally undeserved. You will be contacted by telephone to define another relay point for delivery.

Statue ordered and sent without quality control (the gold paint was completely flaking off a good part of the statue, and they should have seen this because they were the ones who put it in the first box) and no protection in the main box: result? A broken statue! I get my money back and on top of that I lose my shipping costs. Edit: following your reply, I can confirm that PayPal refunded me 42 euros and some ... and not 50.74 euros. I can send you a screenshot of my PayPal account as proof of my honesty.
