I paid an extra 17 euros for express delivery, i.e. the day after my order, but I received it 4 days later. and then one of the statues started to melt at the head due to the heat from an LED.

Hello, by ordering on Thursday evening, you could not be delivered before Monday. You can ask Chronopost for a refund, but they are unlikely to accept. For the statue that melts (??!!) send us a photo to [email protected] and we'll change the product for you. Best regards,
