Mr Serpa, as I explained to you on the phone, your parcel sent by Colissimo is stuck on the Avignon logistics platform waiting for a plane to Corsica. At our level, we have initiated procedures with La Poste to speed up delivery, but unfortunately we have no control over their services. As soon as we have more information, I'll get back to you. I received my Lourdes globe surprisingly quickly, it was very well packaged and protected. And I was delighted that it was such beautiful quality!
