The orders are neat and quickly delivered, the products are fine and well worked.

The articles are very pretty and of high quality, but it would be good to specify that the rosaries are sold without a "box".

Bonjour j'ai commandé des bouteilles d'eau de lourdes et j'ai annulé le lendemain étant donné un ami m'en rapporter ils n'ont pas pris en compte l'annulation alors que la commande était en préparation et l'ont expédié quand même jai annule auprès du relais pickup et j'ai ouvert un litige paypal car ils refus de me rembourser la totalité de ma commande sur 47 euro ils me comptaient rembourser seulement 28 euro j'ai transformé mon litige en RÉCLAMATION et j'ai eu gain de cause hier paypal m'a remboursé la totalité de ma commande merciii??????paypal I don't order from the palais du rosaire anymore, they are the bearers of the lord's voice when it comes to money, it's another matter altogether. I'm totally satisfied with the product and totally disappointed with the deliveryman who was absolutely incompetent - what kind of practice is this of putting parcels in elevators!!! I refused ... he didn't want to go up! he left ... on the 2nd day he made the same demand! so I went down to collect my parcel and told him it had to be signed for! he didn't seem to have any problem with that. So to sum up, I won't be ordering from you again as long as dpd is the only option!

I'm still not able to get the product, which is still not available at the relay point. This is a pity as the package was due to leave for Cuba this week!

I think the rosary is probably very good, but I was unable to receive it on the date due to Dpd's faulty service. I have to pick it up several dozen kilometers away this weekend.

I ordered 2 rosaries from Saint Michel. Received on 3/02. Blessed by a priest the same evening. I use 1 of the rosaries on wednesday 8/02 then thursday 9. On vend 10 when I take the rosary from its little bag it is in 3 pieces: the medal, the three grains, and the rest of the rosaryHow to interpret this: bad quality of the product or Liberation? Ordered for a friend's Christmas presents, the products arrived well packaged and relatively quickly, but with a few errors (a card ordered in French arrived in English, incomplete text on a card...), reported on 31/12 but with no response.

I'm disappointed! My parents bought me a gold-plated medal from you 30 years ago, and I kept it until 2022, when the ring where the chain goes through finally broke. I bought one back from you in full confidence and the plating has already moved. It's sad that a store of your reputation has become so unreliable. It's a shame. What's more, I bought one for my daughter a little later, so she'll be happy.

Still havent received my packaged and I am not receiving any response from Palais du Rosaire on where is my parcel.

Hello, the statuette is beautiful now I hope Mary will protect us

Statue ordered and sent without quality control (the gold paint was completely flaking off a good part of the statue, and they should have seen this because they were the ones who put it in the first box) and no protection in the main box: result? A broken statue! I get my money back and on top of that I lose my shipping costs. Edit: following your reply, I can confirm that PayPal refunded me 42 euros and some ... and not 50.74 euros. I can send you a screenshot of my PayPal account as proof of my honesty.

Rosary not at all like the photo in terms of size I can not even wear it it does not even the head I had to have a bottle of heavy water instead I got a truque bb that can put the finger that is useless to me. I'm really disappointed and I wouldn't recommend you anymore.

Good evening,I'm taking advantage of this inquiry to send you this second letter, the 1st having remained unanswered (?!) because one of the 3 items (Statue of the luminous Virgin Mary in resin 31cm - ref:44443) doesn't work! Of the 3 virgins ordered, one was not wrapped in plastic, it looks dirty (grey all over the white part), the interior lights don't work, they don't light up, the underside of the statue is dirty, there are only 3 small foam support pads out of the 4, the gold paint on the back is "faded", not to mention the statue's white cardboard packaging which is torn (?!).I therefore take the liberty of holding this article at your disposal for an exchange if you please. In the expectation of a reply from you, I remain at your entire disposal, thanking you in advance for your understanding.

I received a good response to the delay in delivery of my order; a rosary was missing; a flashing Christmas bauble was not what I ordered and it doesn't work; a little disappointed but the reasonable prices and quick response make up for some of my disappointment.

helloI'm reporting unprecedented behavior by the carrier dpd and the impossibility of reaching the palais du rosaire my order announced for delivery by dpd the day after tomorrow (magic!) between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m.; I wait until 1 p.m. no news: no sms, no phone call; I call dpd and try to get a rescheduling with a tighter time slot: not possible, I'm told, but they'll call me first; finally the delivery, postponed for the weekend, is announced to me between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.! and to send an e-mail to the store? impossible! I tried a message on the site without much hope of a reply I give up the parcel will be sent back

I received the wrong item and I'm still waiting for my refund...

Wrong order, empty heavy water bottles and no response from after-sales service. I received a refund of 2 euros on my order of 18 euros without any information on when this refund came and the amount. I do not recommend this site.

I'm very happy with some of my purchases. One item is missing and I still don't know if it will be available again or if I'll get my money back.
