As a customer who has spent a lot of money over the years, I would have appreciated a discount code from time to time. This is never the case. So 1 star. I don't feel like ordering anything anymore. On the positive side, you don't have to wait too long to receive your order. As for the quality of the products, even the expensive gold ones, well, that's just too bad! Don't say anymore that you send products blessed by priests because it's not true. I got the answer on the spot in Lourdes from the priests. Following your reply, - even the stores around you say that no priests come to bless the stock and that they have better things to do. - You have harassed me with advertising by e-mail instead of sending me a promotional code. You are rats and liars. The gold medal is smaller than a pinky nail and as thick as cigarette paper for 100. You love money, that's for sure! When you justify yourself the way you did, it's because you've got something twisted to hide. A bon entendeur.

Didn't receive my order Lost package?

Product not as shown on website. Novena candles last only 8 days (white cap) instead of 9 days (yellow cap).

I'm very satisfied with the products and the speed of delivery.I'm giving this rating because what upsets me is that I received a 10% discount for my birthday on July 5th and I couldn't use it for my order.If I used it I had to give up the free delivery on orders over 49 euros. As my order was over 49 euros, I had to choose between the 2 advantages. I find these conditions unfair.

I received the parcel quickly and the gift card was a pleasure, but I was disappointed with my last order. The St Bernadette statuette arrived broken in its metal box and the medal was missing from the St Bernadette box, so I hesitate to recommend...

After placing an order and paying with my credit card, my parcel was delivered to a relay instead of to my home. As I'm disabled, I couldn't go and pick it up, so the parcel left again, and now the DPD company is saying that they can't find my address.

I am still waiting for delivery since 28/6/2022.

My statue arrived in one piece and it's magnificent, I must say, but I had to wait 15 days, which is a bit of a shame.

On the other hand, you offered to go and burn a candle at the grotto in Lourdes for my seriously ill wife. I didn't. I recommended Lourdes water and asked you to go for me and my son at the same time, and you were supposed to send me video proof. I have received nothing. Quality products usually I give 5 stars but this time there was a small error in my order and delivery was a little long.

The product noted on the site was indicated available whereas it was not the case and the sending was made without informing me in a point relay with 25 kms of my place, whereas my address was noted well.Otherwise, product arrived well, of quality and sympathetic telephone reception.

But the candle was not available and they replaced it with 2 others without telling me. I would have preferred to wait for the restocking. Too bad this time.
