Satisfied. Quality products, very well packaged and protected for transport, fast delivery. The only drawback was that the chain and cross were delivered in a tiny plastic box, wrapped in heavy scotch tape that I had trouble removing, so the box is sticky, which is a shame. On the other hand, the statuettes are splendid.

The rosary is very beautiful. The problem is that my wife bought one that she wore on her wrist and the cross was very small. She broke it so I ordered another and I was very upset because the cross is too big and she can't wear it on her wrist.

I'm still waiting for my order... paid in express delivery, delivered to my address but not at all put in the mailbox of 8bis and not 8 result no package and I am certified that this was delivered to my address.I leave ala week and I needed to accompany me in my daily life, but especially for my children.Great disappointment especially that my comment was not taken into account and I am assured that my package was delivered to me.

This isn't the first time I've ordered from Le Palais du Rosaire and I've always been completely satisfied. However, this time I (among other things) bought a silver rosary and less than a week after receiving it, it broke. I sent an email + photo to the store to inform them of the situation and I'm still waiting for their reaction. I am very disappointed and hesitate to order again.

We have to zoom in on the medals so that you can see all the details. That's why we write down the sizes of the medals, so you won't be surprised when they're delivered. Of course, God only knows if the Lourdes water you buy is actually from the grotto (???!!!)... The local "merchants" have such a bad reputation!... Which is probably not totally unjustified. When you've seen some of the things they've done in the past, you can tell ....For the rest, the water is "free". What you pay for is the fact that you have to collect it from the grotto, and condition it.If it's tap water!...It's a high price to pay!...But hey, faith lifts mountains...let's try not to see things that way - so ugly - and we'll give them credit for their honesty.The conditioning is good, the shipment fast. So, 4 stars for that!...
