Fast delivery times. But be careful not to put a note in the parcel indicating that a small gift is inside: when you open it, there's no gift! No big deal. But inevitably a disappointment that would not have occurred without this information.

Finishing problemI've ordered a rosary in the past, which I'm completely satisfied with and which I use every day, but the two bracelets were a bit disappointing, as the buckle used to attach the cross didn't close properly, so I lost my little cross after the second day... The bracelet is still very nice, but I'm disappointed to have lost my little cross.

The rosary arrived broken and I have no answer to my complaint.

Received damaged inside...bubble packs all popped.. arrived to US like it went through a storm. Same thing happened at the last two shipments. Shipper fault and makers of the Lourdes mint packaging because the bags were all torn and mints all spilled out.
